REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing our product. We trust you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, you have the option to apply for a full refund. Please review the details of our refund policy below for more information.

REFUND PROCESS

1. Refund Window: You may cancel your account for any reason within the first thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase and qualify for a full refund (Money Back Guarantee). Regrettably, we cannot process refund requests after this period.
2. Matching Information: Inaccurate or invalid Order ID information may result in the inability to process your refund.
3. Non-Payment Orders: Refunds are not applicable for orders that do not involve any actual payment, such as 3-day or 7-day free trials.
4. Deleted Accounts: If you have previously deleted your account, a refund cannot be processed due to the inability to verify your order.
5. Digital Currency Payments: Refunds for payments made using digital currency will be returned to the provided electronic wallet or receiving address. Ensure the address is valid to facilitate a smooth refund process.
6. Refund Application: To initiate a refund, submit a refund application. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your credit card or original payment method (excluding cryptocurrencies).
7. Multiple Refunds: Refund requests from the same payment account will only be processed for the Order ID of the initial purchase. Refunds are contingent upon meeting the specified refund requirements during the initial purchase.
8. Eligibility: This policy is applicable exclusively to MetroVPN VIP subscriptions. Device Expansion Services do not support refunds.
9. Payment methods: Refunds are not available for certain payment methods, including but not limited to Doku (non-refundable is stated on the payment page).
10. Google Play Store payments: Refunds for Google Play Store subscriptions are based on the order history of the provided Google Account. Refunds are not supported for mismatched Google Accounts.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please review your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, keeping in mind the processing time required for refunds. Following that, contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
